Accident kills 2, injures 23 outside SXSW venue

SXSW Music festivalgoers were rattled early Thursday by word of a horrific accident outside one of the festival’s popular venues that left two people dead and at least 23 transported to area hospitals with a range of injuries, some critical. Read more here.
