Following a confetti-filled countdown to 2014, Kristian  Bush of fan-favorite duo Sugarland  will head out on the road to play a few solo tour dates.

But remember, just because Bush is touring solo doesn’t mean that Sugarland’s  break will turn into “forever.” He clarifies to Radio.com, saying that although he and Jennifer  Nettles are on separate paths for now, it could actually be beneficial for  the duo as a whole.

“I’m just in a different place in life than she is,” Bush says, adding that  he has spent the time writing several songs each day and honing his craft. “You  can either look at [the break] as a good thing or a bad thing. I look at it as a  good thing. Can you imagine what we will do after we gather all this knowledge?  It’s going to be insane!” Read more on the article and see tour dates here.
