Formed in 1930, the Detroit Lions are a professional football team based in Detroit. The Lions compete in the National Football League (NFL) in the NFC North division against teams like Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, and Chicago Bears. The Lions plays their home games at Ford Field in Downtown Detroit in front of 65,000 football fans. They are one of four current teams and the only NFC team to have not yet played in the Super Bowl. Over the years Pro Football Hall of Famers Bill Dudley, Yale Leary, Dick Lane, Lem Barney, and Dutch Clark have come through the franchise.

The Giants compete in the National Football League (NFL) in the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) East division against rivals such as Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Redskins. The Giants play their home games at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ in front of 82,000 football fans each Sunday.
To date the Giants have won four Super Bowls, 1986 (XXI), 1990 (XXV), 2007 (XLII), 2011 (XLVI). Throughout their history, the Giants have featured 28 Hall of Fame players, including NFL Most Valuable Player (MVP) award winners Mel Hein, Frank Gifford, Y. A. Tittle, and Lawrence Taylor.
