Wilco is hitting the road in 2017 and kicking it all off on June 7th in Rochester, MI.
Wilco is continuing to support its tenth studio album, 2016’s Schmilco.
Once known as Uncle Tupelo, an alternative country band, Wilco was formed when the lead singer left the band to pursue other projects. Wilco is an alternative rock band based out of Chicago, IL. The band was formed in 1994 and Wilco’s lineup has changed frequently during its first decade, with only singer Jeff Tweedy and bassist John Stirratt remaining from the original incarnation.
Wilco has released ten studio albums, a live double album, and four collaborations. The band has been nominated for nine Grammy’s one of which the one in 2005 (Best Alternative Music Album for A Ghost is Born).
